I've seen a similar Wizard by... decal on a green micro variant.  Wizard was the Western Auto rebranding.  They were orange until shortly before the end of that rebranding period.  My theory is that they cut some costs by just using the special decals on 'off the line' green Poulans rather than continuing a dedicated orange line for WA.

Interesting on that green wizard reason.
