Back in my late teens and early adulthood I would do one every two or three years and it was hard for me but later on I was doing 4 or 5 a year and it became easy using no tools.

Butt if the spring is not broken and is functioning well it is best to not get involved wrestling with it for it will jump out of the cavity like a Jack in the box. Maybe even three or four times when you are trying to get it back in.
We should share what we know... someone may learn...
