I bought the nicer unit of the two. I already have a replacement bar and chain coming. Anyone want to take the Roller-Nose bar off my hands???

Rebuilt the carb with an OEM kit. Whoever rebuilt the carb last did it backwards.

How is running and have you checked it in wood yet.

Don't know yet. It fires on a prime. Still need to buy an Oregon 91 VXL chain and change the sprocket out before putting it in wood.

Blue of course. Being on eBay, I probably paid a little more than what the saw is worth but it's in really nice cosmetic shape. Should only need the basics which I'm more than capable of.

Thank you :D It's difficult coming across a blue S25CVA, let alone one in that nice of cosmetic shape.

Got the saw today. Two issues. No spark but I have an usable coil. Scored piston and cylinder but I have good ones. Who wants to install these parts for me because I don't have the tools for the piston and cylinder???

Dang thats alot of $ for a scored no spark saw  JMO.  Should have been runner for the kind of $$$ you spent.

I'd seed it back or ask for partial refund IF it was stated and sold as runner.

Just read description. I think you could be  hit.

Vintage SEARS gas chainsaw ,from storage, not  running, pulls over good. Looks like a POULAN saw. Bar & chain very good. Powersharp  parts taken off. Comes with the zipper case shown
