There isn't really a "half choke" on this one.  I have to be very careful to not push it in all the way after the "pop" and once it starts, I push it in right after I blip the throttle to go into low idle.

I don't know the RPM it's running.  I did lean out the H jet and it sounds good at WOT with a little roughness, and cleans up nicely in the cut.  I think the L is still too rich even though I leaned it out a little bit. 

When I tune the L, I usually aim for the midpoint between too lean and too rich.  I think that I will aim for just a little bit before too lean on the L and see how this plug holds up.  I am cleaning the plug off after each use to keep it from dying early.  Going to order 6 WS5E plugs today, too.
