the black ones are my favorites too, but more people seem to prefer the burnt ones.To me the burnt ones look unfinished

If you are into pulling. Passed Mt. Gilead Ohio  today and they were setting up for it tonight or tomorrow maybe.  Morrow County fair grounds.

There are very few places my tractor is legal to pull. When i built it was for the mod stock class the basic rule was 800 cubic inch and no wider tire than 20.5  It was very expensive to keep them together and the class slowly started dying. we realy dont fit in any other class the rpm rules are around 3000 on them and we turn 6000 -6500, and the carb is aircraft another no no in alot of rules. I am not building another engine to run low rpm so we hit a few open brush pulls a year and make some exhibition pulls          BILL

I think we used to pull at knox it has been a few years or more it sounds familiar. It used to be if there was a pull anyplace we could run we were gone. now my nephew has 2 little boys and diesel is 4 bucks a gallon, gas for the tractor is 11 bucks a gallon. If i leave it in the garage  it dont cost nothing.
