It's not a dribble.  More like a mess.  It's leaking from two places:

The vent and the oil pump itself.  Looks like the plastic cap on the end of the oil pump bore where the oil is coming out of the pump.

Thanks for the tip on looking for a crack behind the tensioner.  This saw was used daily by an old tree cutter friend of mine and by the looks of it, it's been just a tad beat, so a crack would not surprise me.

I'm just going to order a new pump unless I can find o-rings for existing pump.
