Stihl 101 service manual
« on: February 12, 2014, 06:42:39 pm »
I have a major plugged up oiler........i can't even get it to drip gas. I split the case at the pruner head........it was full of gunk. I need to get shaft off to get oiler out an get it cleaned up good......I has a screwdriver slot on the sprocket side. Thinking it will come out turning clockwise but wanted to make sure. Also, any good way to keep the shaft from turning? Any info would be appreciated.

Look in your Road Runner for a Kombi tools repair manual. Down about page 69 it starts about the HT-101 oiler

I couldn't find anything else?

Thank you guys for the extra effort it took....Hopefully I can tear down, clean up.... Reassemble, w/o replacing any parts.

One of the directories in Medcat is full of .pdf files. They are labeled by code names so you will have to open every one and save it as to what the real name is. Then you can email them.

On an earlier computer, I had a program called "snagit" and could use that to e-mail from mediacat.
