Chainsaw Repair

If I can get the pictures on this is the super bee 200 T .Lawdy this thing was like working on a model airplane engine . The piston was so tiny and getting in the transfers was a real chore but I got -er done somehow .

I had a beech of a time measuring the cut down on the cylinder and nearly had a head knocker ,a tad close ,had to cut a tad thicker gasket .

The thing was pretty tight on the squish in comparrison  to others I 've worked on thus the pop up was reltively shallow .It looks like a thimble chucked in the lathe .

It came out okay .Over the blocks a standard well tuned 200 makes two in 8 bys in around 15 seconds .This one and C 4 funs did it in the 11's .Fact Kevin beat  me by a quarter of a second and his was a stocker . It cranks something like 15,100  4 cycling .

Not yet .The folks at the Stihl shop had no idea what I was talking about .
