.....these terminals have to be tightened to 10 inch-pounds on the aluminum side and 15 inch-pounds on the copper side to be in "code."

...will try to convert 10 inch-pounds over to 15 inch oz to see if it will be in the range needed.

these expensive little connectors look like this:
