Update:
Seems the reply email went unanswered for 6hours, so I resent the same email four times in a row. Three hours later.....I get an answer, better(or worse) yet I get a run-around. Instead of refunding the monies as I requested, they want to send me things I don't want(think if I wanted something else, I would have ordered it that way)?
I asked for an email from the owner....something simple like why I should continue trying to be a customer. That didn't come across the cyberspace line.
Resent my request for the return of my funds. Twice(just increase they don't like answering the first one).
Also informed them this was the last request to get my funds back.
I paid through PayPal(I'll file a depute/complaint if I need to go that route).
Pretty much figure I'll be completely done with them from this point on....
