Ted Jankowski has dealt with that seller (they're an ebay seller too) and recommends them.  Don't know if they're the same as SNS saws...

I bought 2 24" Oregon chains from that store last week. They were at my house in 2 days.. I got a really fair price. Cheaper than the guy thats does my saw work.
