I got a complete 365 set of parts for a guy once and I am pretty sure he built it, but don't know how easy it was or how well he liked it.
A complete Am saw is generally about as much as semi rough used runner.

:( sorry I don't, I think I have  pretty faded 441 air filter cover and tank and probably  a decent cylinder and tank but not much else
