Very nice. I had a 084 cyl with bad decomp hole that could have used that treatment.


Hmm, so this is a common failure?


Mine was the first I had seen. But Lakeside Andy seemed to say it was pretty common when I ask him about it.  He had pretty much said to fix the same way you did.

Not sure but thinking Ron may have my old cylinder. The threads were gone on half a side if I remember right.  @man of stihl
