Last time I was at lowes in the saw section. They had the husky equivalent to 72v for 20" bars. Local dealer I used before they closed up had it in stock. Think I still have a few loops left. I see them there in the box and think I am not filing those rakers. So I dig in the other box and get some 33RS.

That Vanguard chain is actually  ANSI rated as a green chain.  Best cutting green chain out there..

Tried a few V chains when they came out. The best bore cutting chain I ever tried. Very smooth with little to no kickback. Raker files best from the outside in.

I took a vanguard chain and ground the angle off of the rakers.   Problem was the rakers became to short and the chain was very aggressive.   I use it but only for cutting pine.

I typically just file the rakers as needed. only problem is that when the angle on the raker is gone its getting real close to being worn out.

I have a loop of 72V. It cuts good but I dread cutting all that folded over raker mess down when it starts wearing.
