Chainsaw Repair

Every once in a while I see these diagnostic tool sets on ebay.  Anyone who is interested in basic maintenance of two stroke equipment can learn to use these tools.  The set can be used on any make of engine and includes;
i.    Oppama PET-1000 tach.
ii.   Cylinder compression tester - psi gauge.
iii.  Oppama PET-4000 ignition spark tester.
iv.  Carb and crankcase psi thumb pump. 
v.   Light duty flywheel puller and attach bolts.
vi.  Clutch removal tools.
vii. Block off plates to pressurize crankcase - test seal integrity.
viii.Tamper-proof carb plug removal tools. 
ix.   Flywheel air gap gauge.

Is there a rebuild kit for the thumb pump?  Mine needs some new o rings or something because I have to fiddle with it every once in a while to get it going.
