I will work on it tomorrow, I just spent the better part of this afternoon shoveling about 2 feet of snow off my roof, supposed to get 6" to 8" more tonight and tomorrow. If I'm not dealing with the bitter cold, it's snow. Can't win this winter.

Eriksat1 , where are you. With that much snow it sounds like the Northeast.

I got the limiters cut off both screws.
 On the side of the carb opposite the high / low screws.
 The only numbers I can see on the carb are
EL 32
63B.

Did my garage roof yesterday, and we are getting 12 or more inches of snow today and tonight.

YEOW!!! That is a lot of snow, I did not notice how much until I noticed that ridge behind her, which I thought was part of the roof!
