The 154 had plenty of squish and the best com chamber. Squish tightened as model years progressed and com chamber expanded. Best modern cyl I had was a 2000. Tight squish and small cc. We have a 0-55cc gas class. 254 is pretty much the top saw except for cheater Partners. Alot of good 10mm pin pistons in 45mm, but 254 has 12mm pin.
