Hi. Got a old 490 hasn't ran much but was always a good runner. But know it starts right up but will bog down under high rpms. Brand new plug,gas tryed tweaking the carb screws ever so slightly. I can get it to rev good then it will bog down. Any ideas? thanks

Stiff diaphragms maybe.  Should be worse if trying to make a cut. Running out of fuel. WAG.  Check and  rebuild carb.
