Poulan 475 west coast version

1st poulan pro 475 I have seen with the west coast air filter set up.  Seen a jonsered 2077 earlier with set up in other thread.

That is pretty cool.   It even has a molded cover around the intake where the air filter goes.

Was talking with this guy on the phone that lives out west. He had thought about converting his poulan 475 west coast saw back to the older filter and cover set up on them. I basically talked him out of putting that older set up on it. IMO the west coast set up from a collector point is more desirable to some folks and also filters  better then that crap early filter system they tried on 475. Why poulan updated after 475 and early 415 to the 425 445 505 air filter system and later 415.

His oem cover used is the sort of like one I got here cut for such system used on his. I am thinking different dealers did different set ups like in the pics.  Just my WAG.
