026 air filter mod

Rebuilding my dads old 026 for him and was wondering if anybody knows of any kind of air filter mod or something that's kinda like a max flow for this little saw?

Unfortunately no, the choke is built into the air filter.
You could go through the trouble of changing the carb, but without some extensive modifications it really isn't worth the effort.
