026 and 026 pro. I think differences is pro has adjustable oiler and de-comp.   

Maybe someone else will chime in if more differences.

IMO 20" would be my max on the 026.

Me personally  would run a 16" for the cc size saw, thats just me.  My 65cc-71cc saws get the 20"

Yes that is a good deal on a running cutting 026 especially up your way with saw prices.
