Chainsaw Buddy

I happen to see my chainsaw buddy on the shelf the other day.  Sort of a gimmick tool IMO but works well for what it was attended for.

We had it for one of my gtg's to try out and use in 08 or 09. It does what it says, but do you really need it.  I dont IMO.

Thought about setting it up on one of the small poulans to just have around to see if I use it.

I have one and I find it quite useful to cutting up branches that are lying on the ground. I have found that you have to watch the screws as they can come undone and get lost, that on the vertical stop bars. Fits small saws just fine.

I have one too.  Had it for 7-8 years it's still in the box.  Picked it up cheap for resale.  Never had anbody remotely interested.  Most just cut the ground and lean on saw harder.
