My 066 chainsaw with the "D" handle - The handle stays right up there while you are running.

Ok.  I'm sold.  Thanks for the input.  Does anyone have that part number?  The Stihl dealers around here aren't that sharp.

Double check me on this. Been awhile. 1128-195-3401 At my dealer they were $4 a few years ago. Might be $5-$7 now. I like the 460 D due to the comfortable rounded grip area and light weight.

If you run into trouble with the Stihl dealer, just look for a snow blower starter handle. If you live in the South, you may have to look on the Internet?

Ebay is full of them.

Bailey's has them for $6.99.  I was putting an order together anyway, so this is timely.  Thanks again.
