350 oiling issues

I have a Husky 350 with some oiling issues. It appears to oil, however it seems that a good amount of oil ends up behind the metal plate. I ran it with the bar, chain, and cover off and there is some oil coming out of the oil port that feeds to the bar, but iI do think that some of the oil ends up behind the plate.  After reading some posts it appears that the 350 has an adjustable oiler. I'm not sure if thats and issue or not. I just tinkered with it a little last night, but now I will check into it more. I just thought I would try to get some feedback. Could someone direct me to a service manual or info regarding inspecting/repair/replace the oiler? Thanks for the help.

I would pull the cover and check and make sure that the rubber line is not tore or deformed before you start looking to buy a new pump. For the rubber line needs to seal to the metal cover. If the rubber does not seal It can leak behind the cover.

If the hose is good take a file to the pump piston and increase the angle on it I have done this many times 8)

Make sure the bar oiler holes and the chain grooves are  clean of wood chips and dirt.

Also that the oiler hole of the bar aligns with the oiler slot on the chain saw.

Also some newer bars have a 3/32" angled oiler hole instead of the 5/32" oiler holes.
