Modded a sawsalvage muffler for a 290.  Has the most openings inside baffle I have seen in one to date.  IMO that a good thing.
Just wish they were done without the inner cage. But I bypass them out the front. I just hate they always rattle apart.

I swear never touches them between visits. 440 290. 

290 can tell by spike running dull chain.
I ask him and said I bet I know how that happened. He agreed.

I think the owner will like the better Tsumura 18" 325 063 74DL I just ordered.
Be lot better then that cheap laminated archer he went with last time. But it did the job on the cheap.

I’m just glad I could talk him into a better bar for a few buck more.

I noticed the tip was greased from factory.

I don’t ever recall that before on Tsu bars in past or I just never noticed it.

First one bought this year.

290 on bench this morning for a check up and sharpening.

New oil cap needed.

First aftermarket non flippy cap failure after 10 years of use on this saw.    Not bad at all.

Not bad at all considering I cleaned it 3 months ago when last in.

Most times I can even see fasteners. But she was getting there.
