Something similar came up on another site, so I am sharing it here.
Even if Bailey's is not your favorite catalog/on-line seller, they are large enough, and well known enough in the market to serve as a common point of reference. And their printed catalog is back! (I like to leaf through catalogs in addition to looking up something on line.)
So some guys will look things up on Bailey's and other sites, gather information or price compare, then purchase or order from another seller. Similar things happen at Sears, Best Buy, etc. Still has a value, even if you don't like them.
